prime human need
for the past years, i frontrunned a crusade that promotes singleness, and that marriage is not for everybody. i thought that having my job as the love of my life would be enough to get by. till i got hit by the meteor of loneliness, i turned my back and sailed with a different view.
my bestfriend struck me when she said that we just discovered the human need to belong, belong to someone to call our own. isnt it nice to knowhyou have someone waiting for you.
that very instant i phoned her. funny how will we satisfy this need when we dont expose ourselves that much. we remembered a line in a song: pity those who wait, trusting love to fate. then resolved that we got to work to find love.
what if we just stick together and love. no! bad idea. then she is right. this is our karmic punishment. karma…maybe not.

there is a saying that “being alone or single doesn’t mean being lonely”…but…having someone to share your life with and someone you can go home to is better. having said that, we can only belong to someone and truly give a piece of our life to somebody if we have already embraced who we are, what we are, what we are capable of and what we can not be. we should have already accepted that we cannot apologize for who we are but can do better to make up for all our weaknesses without changing our identity and crushing our self-dignity. and to touch the Karma thing…you are not actually being punished, instead, you are being given the chance to correct your mistakes from the past lives you live, in this life.until you can perfect it, you will continue with this karma..very deep eh..i guess now you have something to research on..on top of all the things you have to do!! hahahah!!! hmmmnn, i think i should have written this in my blog!! bwahahah! luv u friend!
